Progress Update on Astatine Clinical Trials in Osaka

ABSTRACT

We have recently completed a clinical trial of [211At]NaAt for thyroid cancer, in which we obtained data on its safety profile and preliminary efficacy in patients with RAI-refractory thyroid cancer. We are also conducting a clinical trial using [211At]PSMA-5 for mCRPC, which has shown promising results so far. In this presentation, I would like to introduce the progress of our investigator-initiated clinical trials conducted in Osaka.
